| Contractors, certificates and inventory clerks | At cost, no mark-up |
We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. If we register, VAT will be added at the standard rate and we will give you notice first.
Tenants
We comply with the legislation governing tenant fees.
Protection and redress
Client money protection: we are a member of UKALA Client Money Protection, membership number 24719.
Redress: we are a member of the Property Redress Scheme, membership number PRS061717.
